SONAX Orbital Polishing Pad Medium 125

Medium-hard, highly dense and open-cell sponge for the automatic polishing of paintwork with orbital polishing machines. Highly durable and temperature resistant thanks to good ventilation and special cooling at the centre. Hook-and-loop tape for fast pad exchange. Excellent handling due to bevelled sponge edges. For backing plates with 125-mm diameter. Ideal for the application of SONAX PROFILINE NP 03-06, SONAX PROFILINE EX 04-06, and SONAX PROFILINE Perfect Finish.

Application Instructions:

• Center the sponge carefully on the polishing machine’s backing plate.
• Regularly blow out the pad with compressed air during use. This intermittent cleaning helps cool the pad, improves polishing results, and extends the sponge’s service life.
• After completing the work, spray the pad generously with SONAX PROFILINE PREPARE (02373000).
