Meet my 2012 Volkswagen Polo 6R in OEM Toffee Brown. My first car, my daily, and the one I learned to drive in. I bought it when I was 16, and since then it’s evolved from springs, to coilovers, and now air suspension. Sitting on the ground with Work Emotion T7Rs and 5° of camber all round. The exterior is OEM+ with my own twist: WRC front bumper with a custom carbon splitter, facelift GTI rear, genuine WRC spoiler, rare side skirts, and dynamic LEDs. Inside, it’s fitted with Recaros, a half cage I welded myself, and carbon fibre details to tie it all together. The Alpine R-Series system runs twin 2000W+ amps powering four tweeters, four woofers, and twin subs in forged carbon boxes. The iconic boot build, featuring the rolling air tank with its rollover hotdog logo, has racked up millions of views online. And yes it’s the real air tank. I’m currently studying Mechanical Engineering at university, and my studies have started to show through custom design work on the car. I’m also president of UWE Formula Student, a race team that competes with universities across the world. Next up, I’ve recently picked up a 1986 Honda Acty, which will eventually take over as my show car. I’ve started fully CAD-modelling it from the ground up, with plans for an engine swap and a custom body kit.
